Abstract

Darbs varētu kļūt par ērtu rokasgrāmatu nodarbinātības jautājumos gan fiziskām, gan juridiskām personām, aptverot vispārēju nodarbinātības jautājumu apskatu teorētiskā līmenī, kā arī praktisku jautājumu analīzi sākot no nodarbinātības attiecību veida izvēles, apskatot tiesisko attiecību nodibināšanu un organizēšanu, un beidzot ar nodarbinātības pārtraukšanu un varbūt ne tik patīkamu problēmsituāciju risināšanas iespējām, tādejādi dodot ne vien teorētisku ieguldījumu tiesību zinātnes pilnveidošanā, bet arī praktisku izpratni par darbā apskatītajiem jautājumiem, kas varētu novērst neskaidrību rašanos starp nodarbinātības attiecībās esošiem tiesību subjektiem.

This work could become a convenient handbook of employment matters, both for natural and legal persons, covering a comprehensive overview of theoretical issues in employment levels, as well as an analysis of practical issues ranging from employment relations and choice, looking at the ratio of the establishment and organization, and finally with employment termination, and maybe not so pleasant problem-solving capabilities, thus enabling not only a theoretical contribution to science development, but also a practical understanding of the issues raised, which could prevent the occurrence of confusion between the employment relationship to existing rights holders.
