Abstract

Bakalaura darba tēma ir "Autortiesību aizsardzība sociālajās vietnēs internetā". Šī tēma ir izvēlēta, jo sociālās vietnes ir viens no vispieprasītākajiem galamērķiem internetā un tanīs ik dienu tiek publicēti internetā atrasti raksti, bildes, video, mūzikas un citi faili, tas ir daţādi autoru darbi. Darba mērķis ir izpētīt autortiesību aizsardzību sociālajās vietnēs, noskaidrot lietotāju visbieţāk veiktās darbības ar autoru darbiem un konstatēt vai šīs darbības ir legālas. Darbā tiek analizēta autortiesību aizsardzība, tiek norādīts uz problēmjautājumiem, tiek sniegti secinājumi un iespējamie risinājumi.

The theme of the Bachelor's thesis is "Copyright protection on social networking sites on the Internet". This topic has been chosen because social networking sites are one of the most demanding destinations on the Internet these days and users on a daily basis publish various works of authors found on the web like articles, pictures, videos, music and other on these sites. The goal of the reaserch is to explore copyright protection on social networking sites, find out the most commonly performed activities by users with works of authors and determine weather these activities are legal or not. The paper analyzes the protection of copyrights, indicates the issues of this topic, provides conclusion and the possible solutions.
