Darba būtība ir saistīta ar Latvijas Republikas normatīvajos aktos noteiktajām darbinieku kā kolektīva tiesībām un šo tiesību nodrošināšanu. Darbā tika analizēta darbinieku tiesību nodrošināšana ar sociālā dialoga un koplīguma palīdzību, darbinieku pārstāvības modeļi, kā arī darbinieku tiesības un pienākumi kolektīvās atlaišanas, un darba kolektīvo strīdu gadījumos. Darba mērķis ir noskaidrot, kā tiek realizētas un nodrošinātas normatīvajos aktos noteiktās darbinieku kolektīvās tiesības un uz ko būtu jāvērš īpaša uzmanība šo tiesību nodrošināšanas procesā. Darbā iegūtie rezultāti liecina, ka normatīvajos aktos pastāv spēcīgs mehānisms darbinieku kolektīvo tiesību nodrošināšanai, taču maz uzmanības ir pievērsts tieši kolektīvo darba drošības jautājumiem, kā arī kolektīvo darba tiesību nodrošināšanai uzņēmumos ar mazu darbinieku skaitu. The essence of this paper is to research closely regulations, which are related with collective rights for workers as well as implementations of those rights.The author analysed implementation of workers rights through social dialogue and collective agreement,models of workers representatives as well as workers rights and duties in cases of collective redundancies and collective arguments.The purpose of this paper is to clarify how workers rights are implemented and what factors deserve additional attention during the process of implementation.The results of this paper approves that regulations has strong mechanism for employees collective rights however the points related with collective safety at work are not well established. The same for those points which regulate employee s collective rights for entreprises with few workers.
