Abstract

Bakalaura darba mērķis ir izveidot visaptverošu pētījumu par pornogrāfiska vai erotiska rakstura materiālu ievešanas, izgatavošanas un izplatīšanas noteikumu pārkāpšanu Krimināllikuma 166. panta izpratnē, konstatēt būtiskas problēmas un sniegt priekšlikumus to risināšanai. Lai sasniegtu darba mērķi, darba ietvaros ir izpētīts Krimināllikuma 166. pantā paredzētā noziedzīgā nodarījuma sastāvs un sniegts tā analītisks izvērtējums, izpētīts vēsturiski tiesiskais un starptautiskais regulējums, apskatīti problēmjautājumi noziedzīga nodarījuma kvalifikācijā un nošķiršanā no Krimināllikuma 162. panta, kā arī veikts tiesiskā regulējuma salīdzinājums ar Vācijas, Krievijas, Lietuvas un Igaunijas krimināllikumiem. Darba gaitā autore pievēršas Krimināllikuma 166. panta 1. daļā ietvertā būtiskā kaitējuma izvērtējumam un problemātikas noteikšanā. Bachelor's thesis aim is to develop a comprehensive study of pornographic or erotic material importation, manufacture and distribution of the rules of the Criminal law Article 166th meaning, detect major problems and make suggestions for their solution. In order to achieve the aim of the work is explored in the context of the Criminal 166th composition and provides the analytical evaluation, examining historical and international legal regulation addresses issues qualifying the criminal offense and the separation of the Criminal 162nd Article, as well as the legal regulation of the German, Russian, Lithuanian and Estonian criminal law. Author focuses on criminal law 166th Article 1.part of the offense contained in the mandatory signs - major damage assessment and determination of issues.
