| dc.description.abstract | Diplomdarba izpētes objekts ir Latvijas Republikas kriminālprocesa dalībnieku speciālā procesuālā aizsardzība.
Darba mērķis ir šī institūta pašreizējā stāvokļa un attīstības tendences izpēte un analīze, kā arī šī institūta tiesiskais regulējums pastāvošajā likumdošanā, lai akcentētu regulēšanas trūkumus, kas ietekmē valsts aizsardzības dalībniekus un atrast iespējamo risinājumu.
Darba izstrādāšanas laikā tika izpētīti un izanalizēti latviešu un krievu autoru raksti, Latvijas un starptautiskie tiesību akti, kas regulē speciālo procesuālo institūtu vai attiecas uz tā regulēšanu.
Diplomdarba apjoms ir 41 lappuse, ieskaitot ievadu, 3 nodaļas un 1 pielikums.

| dc.description.abstract | The object of the diploma paper research is the state institution of protection of the criminal legal processes of the Republic of Latvia.
The aim of this paper is the research and analyzing the present condition and development tendencies of this institution as well as regulation of this institution in present laws, to make an accent and find solutions on disadvantages that affect state protection participants.
To make this paper, author studied and analyzed works of Latvian and Russian authors, as well Latvian and International bills, which regulates institution that protects participants of criminal legal processes or persons included in regulation.
Paper size is 41 pages including preamble 3 chapters and 1 appendix.
