Sevišķi smago reģistrēto un latento noziegumu kriminoloģiskais raksturojums un novēršanas problēmas

Abstract

Pēdējā gada laikā (2012.gadu salīdzinot ar 2011.g) Latvijā ir pieaudzis sevišķi smago reģistrēto noziegumu skaits (par 30%), un tās ir ļoti straujas izmaiņas. Tāpēc būtu svarīgi apzināt iemeslus šim straujajam pieaugumam, atrast cēloņsakarības ar latento noziedzību un reālo kriminogēno situāciju Latvijā un noskaidrot, cik objektīvi vērā ņemami ir šie dati, kā arī noskaidrot novēršanas problēmas.

Bakalaura darba mērķis ir padziļināti izpētīt sevisķi smagos reģistrētos noziegumus Latvijā, to iespējamo lanentitāti, kriminoloģisko raksturojumu un to novēršanas problēmas. Īsenojot mērķi, tiek pētīti statistikas dati, apzināti ekspertu viedokļi, veiktas intervijas apkopota un analizēta tiesu prakse, kā arī ir izzināti dažādi kriminoloģiskie avoti.

In a last reacent years (compearing year 2012 with year 2011) Latvia has grown registred an especially serious crimes (up to 30%) and it is very rapid change. Therefore it is so important to identify the reasons for the rapid growth, find the casual link between the latent crime and real criminality of Latva and find out how objectively notable of these data are, and also find out the prevention of problems. The aim of the bachelor thesis is to explore an especially serious reported crimes in Latvia, their potential latency, criminological characters and their prevention of problems. Realazing the ame, there are explored statistics, identify opinions of experts, interviews, gathered and analyzed the case law, and also explored different criminological sources.
