Laimes līguma tiesiskais regulējums Latvijas Republikā un citās valstīs

Abstract

Bakalaura darba tēma ir " Laimes līguma tiesiskais regulējums Latvijas Republikā un citās valstīs". Darba mērķis ir aplūkot tiesību aktus, kuri attiecas uz azartspēlēm, izpētīt laimes līguma veidus un problemātiku, kā arī izdarīt secinājumus un izteikt priekšlikumus problēmu novēršanai. Bakalaura darba uzdevumi: izpētīt laimes līguma vēsturisko attīstību; aplūkot un analizēt normatīvos aktus laimes līguma tiesiskajā aspektā; raksturot un salīdzināt laimes līguma veidus;salīdzināt laimes līguma tiesisko institūtu Latvijā un ārvalstīs; izvērtēt normatīvo aktu darbību praksē, pētot tiesu praksi laimes līgumu lietās. Bakalaura darbs sastāv no 2 nodaļām. Pirmajā nodaļā apkopota informācija par laimes līgumu vēsturisko attīstību Latvijā un citās valstīs. Otrā nodaļā tiek apskatīts laimes līguma tiesiskais regulējums, to nepilnības un apskatītas Latvijā saistītas ar to problēmas. Šajā nodaļā tika pētīti laimes līgumu veidi, spēles un derības un izlozes, ka arī pētīta tiesu prakse un Azartspēļu un izložu likuma darbība. Bakalaura darba rakstīšanas gaitā gūtās atziņas formulētas secinājumos un doti priekšlikumi. Atslēgvārdi: laime, līgums, azartspēles, izloze, spēle, derības.

Theme of the bachelor paper is „Legal regulation of games of chance in Latvia and other countries”. The goal of bachelor work - to look at the law relating to gambling; chance to explore the nature and problems of games of chance and to draw conclusions and make proposals to remedy the problems. Bachelor's terms of reference: To explore the historical development of the contract for games of chance; To view and analyze the laws of chance agreement in legal terms; To characterize and compare the happiness contract; To compare the happiness contract in Latvia and abroad; To examine legislation in practice, studying jurisprudence in matters of chance agreement. Bachelor's work consists of two chapters. The first chapter summarizes the historical development of games of chance in Latvia and other countries. The second chapter provides information about law of the happiness contract, their weaknesses and looks in problems that are related in Latvia. In this chapter were explored happiness contracts, games, betting and lotteries, a law case and gambling and lottery law action.
