Progresīvās brīvības atņemšanas soda izpildes sistēmas īstenošana ieslodzījuma vietās

Abstract

Progresīvās brīvības atņemšanas soda izpildes sistēmas īstenošana notiek gan mīkstinot soda izciešanas režīmu, gan pastiprinot to, kā arī pārvietojot notiesāto personu pa dažāda veida cietumiem. Bakalaura darba mērķis ir izpētīt progresīvās brīvības atņemšanas soda sistēmas īstenošanu Latvijas ieslodzījuma vietās. Apskatīt, kā tas notiek Latvijas ieslodzījuma vietās un kādas ir galvenās tendences – režīma mīkstināšana, režīma pastiprināšana vai pārvietošana uz cita veida cietumu – , kā rezultātā tiks izdarīti secinājumi un sniegti priekšlikumi. Autore aplūkos brīvības atņemšanas būtību, progresīvās soda izpildes regulējumu Latvijā un ārvalstīs, kā arī izvērtēs, kā progresīvā soda izpilde tiek īstenota Latvijas ieslodzījuma vietās.

Execution of the progressive imprisonment sentence enforcement occurs by softening the penal mode or by enforcing it, and also by transferring the convict to different type of prison. The goal of this bachelor paper is to examine the execution of the progressive imprisonment in Latvian institutions, to inspect how it happens in Latvian prisons and what are the main tendencies – softening or enforcing of the regime or transferring to different type of institution – , as the result, conclusions and proposals will be made. The author will consider the esence of the imprisonment, the regulations of the progressive imprisonment in Latvia and other countries and will evaluate how progressive imprisonment is enforced in Latvian prisons.
