Darba līgums kā darbinieka tiesību garants

Abstract

Bakalaura darbā tiek pētīts un analizēts darba līguma tiesiskais regulējums Latvijas Republikas tiesību aktos, lai noskaidrotu darba līguma nozīmi darba tiesiskajās attiecībās, attiecībā uz darbinieku tiesību nodrošināšanu. Darba mērķis ir izpētīt un analizēt darba līguma pašreizējo regulējumu Latvijā, salīdzināt darba līguma formas regulējumu Latvijā un ārvalstīs, salīdzināt darba līgumu ar citiem līdzīgiem civiltiesiskajiem līgumiem, kā arī noskaidrot un analizēt darba līguma sniegtās garantijas darbinieku tiesību nodrošināšanā. Lai sasniegtu izvirzītos mērķus, ir jāanalizē pašreizējais darba līguma tiesiskais regulējums darbinieku tiesību aizsardzības aspektā, kā arī jāvērtē darba līguma tiesiskā regulējuma efektivitāte darbinieku tiesību nodrošināšanā. The Bachelor paper researches and analyzes the normative regulation of employment contract in Latvian legislation, to find out the importance of employment contract in labor relations, regarding to ensure employee`s rights. The aim of the bachelor paper is to research and analyze the current legislation of employment contract in Republic of Latvia, to compare the employment contract shape regulation in Latvian legislation and foreign legislations, to compare employment contract with other similar civil contracts and find out and analyze employee`s guarantees provided by employment contract. To achieve the objectives, in the bachelor paper must be analyzed current normative regulation of employment contract, according to employee`s rights and must be assessed the normative regulation efficiency according to employee`s rights.
