Bakalaura darba tēma ir „Advokāta pārstāvība civilprocesā apelācijas instances tiesā”.
Advokāta pārstāvībai civilprocesā ir būtiska nozīme, jo tādējādi tiek nodrošināta personas aizskarto vai apstrīdēto tiesību un likumisko interešu aizstāvība profesionālā līmenī. Darba mērķis ir izpētīt advokāta pārstāvības institūta nozīmi civilprocesā un izvērtēt tā attīstības iespējas nākotnē. Darbā tiek izpētīts esošais normatīvais regulējumus un pastāvošā prakse, lai secinātu, kā nodrošināt ātrāku un kvalitatīvāku tiesas procesu. Pētījuma problēmas būtība ir nevienlīdzīgie kritēriji attiecība uz personu pārstāvju kvalifikāciju, tādējādi nenodrošinot personām vienādas kvalifikācijas pārstāvību. Autore darbā izvērtēs advokāta statusa piedāvātās privilēģijas un piedāvās ieteikumus normatīvo aktu grozījumiem. Darba izstrādes laikā tiek izdarīti secinājumi, ka, stiprinot tiesu sistēmai piederīgo personu lomu civilprocesā, tiek sekmēta kvalitatīvāka un raitāka procesa norise. Legal representation in proceeding has an essential role because it helps to secure person’s infringed or contested rights and the defence of person’s legal interests in a professional way. The aim of this paper is to research the meaning of legal representation institute in proceedings and to evaluate its possibilities for future development. This paper explores the existing Normative Acts and existing practice in order to come to a conclusion of how to foster quicker and more qualitative court proceedings. The essence of the problem is the unequal criteria towards the legal representation. Various qualifications of attorneys fail to secure equal legal representation to all parties. This paper will evaluate the privileges given by the status of attorney and will offer suggestions for the improvement of Normative Acts. The conclusion of this paper is that the legal process would gain speed and quality by strengthening the role of the people relevant to the court system proceedings.
