Nepilngadīgo ieslodzījumu vietu darbība un attīstība

Abstract

Personai, īpaši, bērnam – nepilngadīgai personai ir svarīga vide, kurā tas atrodas. Nepilngadīgo ieslodzījuma vietai ir jābūt maksimāli pielīdzinātai sadzīvei, lai laikā, ko nepilngadīgais pavada ieslodzījuma vietā, tas netiktu nodalīts no sabiedrībā valdošajām normām, konkrētajā laika posmā. Bakalaura darba mērķis ir izpētīt nepilngadīgo ieslodzījuma vietu darbības normatīvo regulējumu, izvirzot uzdevumu noskaidrot darbības nozīmi un attīstību. Pētījuma rezultātā autore noskaidro, ka Latvijā gan institūcijām, gan sabiedrībai rūp jautājumi, kas attiecas uz nepilngadīgo likumpārkāpēju atrašanos ieslodzījuma vietā. Kā arī autore piedāvā izveidot papildus pasākumus, kas vērsti darbam ar nepilngadīgo ieslodzīto līdzcilvēkiem.

Environment is very important for human beings, especially for children – the under-aged persons. A juvenile prison should be at maximum equalized to the social life, so during the time in a prison, the underage person wouldn’t be separated from the prevailing social standards. The aim of the bachelor paper is to investigate the normative regulations in juvenile prisons, so putting forward the task to ascertain the significance and development of its activity. As a result of the research the author clarifies that institutions and society in Latvia are concerned about the issues related to juveniles taken into custody. The author offers to create extra activities that pay attention to the work with the peers, relatives of the convicted.
