Bakalaura darbā pētītas brīvo juridisko profesiju disciplinārās atbildības problēmas Latvijā disciplinārās atbildības pamatu, disciplinārlietu izskatīšanas kārtības un prakses kontekstā. Darbā apskatītās būtiskākās problēmas ir vienotu disciplinārās atbildības pamatu ieviešanas nepieciešamība brīvajām juridiskajām profesijām, disciplinārlietu ierosinātāju kompetence, disciplinārlietu komisiju argumentācija, piemērojot konkrētus disciplinārsodus personām.
Darba mērķis ir apzināt un gūt izpratni par brīvo juridisko profesiju disciplinārās atbildības problēmām Latvijā un piedāvāt to risinājumus, apskatot iespēju izveidot vienotu disciplinārās atbildības regulējumu Latvijā.
Darba autore secinājusi, ka, lai notiktu taisnīga disciplinārlietu izskatīšana, nepieciešama virkne grozījumu kā Latvijas republikas likumos, tā brīvo juridisko profesiju iekšējos normatīvajos aktos un nepieciešamas arī izmaiņas lietu skatīšanas praksē.
Darbs sastāv no ievada, piecām nodaļām ar septiņpadsmi SUMMARY
