| dc.description.abstract | Darba mērķis ir apzināt esošā brīvo juridisko profesiju disciplinārās atbildības regulējuma nepieciešamos grozījumus. Lai to sasniegtu, autore pētīs „brīvo juridisko profesiju” jēdzienu un statusu, disciplinārās atbildības būtību, analizēs pašreizējo brīvo juridisko profesiju disciplinārās atbildības regulējumu Latvijā, salīdzinās to savā starpā un ar ārvalstu regulējumu.
Rezultātā autore piedāvās priekšlikumus, kā uzlabot brīvo juridisko profesiju disciplinārās atbildības regulējumu un samazināt nevienlīdzību starp dažādu brīvo juridisko profesiju disciplinārās atbildības regulējumu.

| dc.description.abstract | The aim of the research is to identify the possibilities how to improve disciplinary responsibility regulation of liberal legal professions. To reach the aim, author will research „liberal legal profession” concept and status, the substance of disciplinary responsibility, analyse disciplinary responsibility regulation of liberal legal professions in Latvia and compare it with regulation in foreign countries.
As the result, author will offer some suggestions, how to improve disciplinary responsibility regulation of liberal legal professions and decrease the differences between disciplinary responsibility regulation of different liberal legal professions.
