Abstract

Bakalaura darba tēma: „Izlīguma kriminālprocesā organizēšana, vadīšana un prakses analīze”. Darba mērķis: izpētīt izlīguma organizēšanas un vadīšanas iespējas un īpatnības. Darba uzdevumi: atrast informāciju par izlīguma vēsturi, tā būtību un īpatnībām; atrast informāciju par izlīguma organizēšanu un vadīšanu un iesaistītajām personām; atrast un analizēt praksi. Bakalaura darba tēma sevī ietver gan izlīguma būtību, tajā iesaistītās personas un amatpersonas, kuras piedalās tā organizēšanā un vadīšanā, gan tiesu prakses analīzi.
