Abstract

Darba tēma: Drošības padomes nepilnības un iespējamie reformas modeļi. Darbā autore pēta Drošības padomes problēmas un tiek meklēti tādi reformas modeļi, kas padarītu Drošības Padomi efektīvāku un darboties spējīgu ilgtermiņā. Darba mērķis ir atrast iespējamus reformas modeļus Drošības padomē. Darbs sastāv no trīs daļām, kurās katrā ir apskatīti dažādi jautājumu loki par Drošības padomes darbību, nepilnībām un reformas modeļiem. Rezultātā tika izceltas galvenās Drošības padomes nepilnības un to iemesli. Pētījuma autore kopsavilkumā norāda konkrētus reformas modeļus, kas būtu īstenojami. Darbā izmantoti tādu autoru kā B. Fassbender, H. Nasu, Tomas G. Weish darbi, kā arī Drošības padomes sēžu protokoli, rezolūcijas un to projekti. Bachelor’s Thesis: “Reform models and Security Council disadvantages”. The author is exploring Security Council problems and searching for reform models which will make Security Council effective in long-term. The aim of the research is to find possible reform models for Security Council. Thesis is consists of three parts which looks through different questions about Security Council work, disadvantages and reform models. In result the main reasons and disadvantages of Security Council were highlighted. Summarizing these reform models author indicated the ones which could be put in use. In thesis are used works from B. Fassbender, H. Nasu, Tomas G. Weish and also Security Council meeting protocols, resolutions and resolutions projects.
