2. Andrieva Niedras tā arī nerealizētais projekts, paredzēja saglabāt lielsaimniecības un atteikties no lielgruntnieku zemes nacionalizācijas, kas ekonomiski būtu izdevīgāka Latvijas valstij. Pretēji ekonomiskajam uzplaukumam, sociāli – politiskā ziņā domājams, ka varētu būt pastāvējušas problēmas. Iespējams, ka, nepiešķirot zemi bezzemniekiem, ļoti liela daļa zemniecības pieslietos komunistiem, jo uzskatītu, ka viņu piedāvātais režīms būtu iedzīvotājiem draudzīgāks, tomēr, tas varētu nest politisku nestabilitāti valstij. The issue of bachelor theses is the Land reform in Latvian inter war period. Two projects related to this period existed. The author moved forward two thesis:
1.The implemented Land reform had a negative effect on the development of Latvia’s economy, because no opportunity was given to form competitive market economy. There was prohibited for Latvian inhabitance to build intensive agriculture. But it was possible for everyone who wanted to acquire the land.
2.The unrealized project of Andrievs Niedra predicted to maintain intensive agriculture and refuse from the nationalization of large landowners’ land what would be advantageous for country. In contrary to the economic prosperity, from the political and social view there would be some problems. If the land were not assigned to landless peasants it’s possible that for majority of farmers the idea of communism would become more attractive.
