| dc.description.abstract | Bakalaura darba tēma ir “Darba samaksa nodarbinātības attiecībās”. Bakalaura darbs sastāv no četrām nodaļām. Pirmajā nodaļā analizēts darba samaksas jēdziens, izmaksas veids un kārtība. Otrajā nodaļā analizēti darba samaksas elementi – darba alga, piemaksas, prēmijas un cita veida atlīdzība saistībā ar darbu. Trešajā nodaļā apskatīts minimālās darba samaksas tiesiskais regulējums un ar Pārskatītās Eiropas Sociālās hartas 4.panta ratificēšanu saistītās problēmas. Ceturtajā nodaļā analizēts vienlīdzīgas darba samaksas tiesiskais regulējums un saturs.
Darba izstrādes gaitā izmantota Starptautiskie normatīvie akti, Latvijas Republikas, Lietuvas Republikas un Igaunijas Republikas normatīvie akti, juridiskā literatūra un publicistika, statistikas dati un Latvijas Republikas tiesu prakse.

| dc.description.abstract | The thesis of this Bachelor is: “Work remuneration in employment relations”. Bachelor thesis contains 4 chapters. The first chapter discusses the concept of work remuneration, payment method and order. The second chapter examines the elements of work remuneration – salary, supplement, bonus and “other kind of payment related to work”. The third chapter discusses the legal framework of minimum work remuneration and the problems related with ratifying the 4th article of the Revised European Social charter. And the fourth chapter examines the legal framework of equal pay.
In the course of this bachelor author have used international law, the laws of Latvia, Lithuania and Estonia, legal literature and journals, statistical data and case law of the Republic of Latvia.
