| dc.description.abstract | Darbā aplūkoti kopīpašuma veidi un to vispārīgie noteikumi, lielāku uzmanību pievēršot nekustamā īpašuma kopīpašumam, tā sadales regulējumam un iespējām praksē.
Darba „Kopīpašuma dalīšana” mērķis bija apzināt problēmjautājumus un analizēt Latvijas Republikas Civillikuma regulējumu un judikatūru kopīpašuma dalīšanas jautājumos.
Šī darba galvenie uzdevumi bija izpētīt kopīpašuma jēdzienu un veidus, kā arī kopīpašnieku savstarpējas attiecības un izanalizēt kopīpašuma dalīšanas kritērijus un aprobežojumus, sniedzot pastāvošo problēmjautājumu detalizētu aprakstu un piedāvājot šo problēmjautājumu konkrētus risinājuma variantus un iespējamās likuma pantu redakcijas.
Darbā ir izpētīta juridiskā literatūra un tiesu prakse lietās par kopīpašuma dalīšanas tiesisko regulējumu Civillikumā.

| dc.description.abstract | The paper examines joint ownership types and its general rules, with an emphasis on real estate joint ownership, its division regulation and possibilities in practice.
The aim of "Joint Ownership Division" paper was to identify the issues and analyse the Latvian Civil Law regulation and judicature in cases of joint ownership division.
The main tasks of this paper have been to study the concept and types of joint ownership, to explore mutual relationship of the joint owners and to analyse criteria and restrictions of the division of joint property, providing a detailed description of the existing issues and proposing particular solutions and potential amendments of articles of Law.
This paper looks into juridical literature and court practice in cases of joint ownership division regulation in Civil Law.
