Politiskās atbildības jēdziens, subjekti un tiesiskais regulējums

Abstract

Bakalaura darbs “Politiskās atbildības jēdziens, subjekti un tiesiskais regulējums” aplūko politiskās atbildības jēdziena nozīmi, skaidro tās piemērošanu un tiesisko regulējumu Latvijā, analizē ārvalstu regulējumus. Darba mērķis ir, analizējot politiskās atbildības jēdzienu, subjektus, pielietošanu un problēmjautājumus, Latvijas politisko amatpersonu politiskās atbildības īpatnības, vērtējot ārvalstu tiesiskos regulējumus, noteikt Latvijai atbilstošu tiesisko regulējumu. Pētījuma rezultātā autore konstatē, ka Latvijas normatīvajos aktos atrodamas norādes uz politisko atbildību, nav noteiktas piemērošanas vadlīnijas, nav vienota piemērošanas prakse, nepieciešams nostiprināt impīčmenta procedūrai atbilstošu regulējumu.

Thesis "The concept of political responsibility, subjects and regulation" looks at the concept of political responsibility, explains the application and legal regulation in Latvia, analyzes the foreign regimes. The research goal is to determine the appropriate legal regulation for Latvia by analyzing the concept of political accountability, subjects, issues and the use, Latvian political officials political responsibility features, assessing foreign legal regulations. In the result of the research, author finds that in Latvian legislation are references to political responsibility, there are not application of certain guidelines, there is no unitary in papplication, it is necessary to establish the impeachment procedure.
