Abstract

Krāpniecība internetā kļūst aizvien izplatītāka un tās apkarošana sarežģītāka. Darba mērķis, bija aplūkot kā, laikam ejot, attīstās iespējas veikt dažādus darījumus ar interneta starpniecību, izmantojot personu datus, tai skaitā, kā notiek aizdevumu noformēšana interneta vidē un kuri ir potenciālie noziedzīgo nodarījumu veicēji. Darbā analizēts krāpniecisko gadījumu biežums un tās izpausmes veidi un Valsts Policijas darbs. Darbā ir izteikti priekšlikumi par to, kas Valsts policijai būtu jāuzlabo savā darbā, kādas darbības uzņēmums varētu veikt iekšēji, lai samazinātos krāpniecisko gadījumu skaits un kādas darbības būtu jāuzlabo valstu institūcijām, lai mazinātu jebkādas iespējas izmantot interneta vidi, lai veiktu krāpnieciskas darbības finanšu jomā. Fraud in the Internet is getting more widespread and fighting with it – more difficult. The aim of the work is to observe how possibilities of closing various deals with the help of Internet using personal data have developed, specifically, how the formation of loans through the Internet is happening and who are the potential perpetrators. This work attempts to analyse the frequency of fraudulent transactions and their types, as well as the work of the The State Police of Latvia. Proposals are made regarding to the improvement of the work of The State Police of Latvia, what activities could be taken internally in order to diminish the amount of fraudulent transactions and what actions should be taken by state institutions in order to reduce the possibilities of managing fraudulent transactions in financial sphere via the Internet.
