Abstract

Bakalaura dara tēmas „Apcietinājuma piemērošanas un grozīšanas problemātika”. Bakalaura darba ietvaros tika aplūkoti svarīgākie problēmjautājumi saistīti ar drošības līdzekļa piemērošanas un grozīšanas pamatiem, kā arī alternatīvā drošības līdzekļa – drošības naudas pielietošanas problemātika. Bakalaura darba mērķis ir izpētīt apcietinājuma piemērošanas un grozīšanas problemātiku no praktiskās puses, kā arī aplūkot alternatīvā drošības līdzekļa – drošības naudas, pielietošanu praksē. Bakalaura darba uzdevums ir : 1.Izpētīt apcietinājuma piemērošanas un grozīšanas pamatus un ar to saistīto problemātiku no praktiskā viedokļa; 2.Izpētīt apcietinājuma pārsūdzības kārtību un apcietinājuma termiņus un ar to saistīto problemātiku no praktiskā viedokļa; 3.Izpētīt alternatīvā drošības līdzekļa – drošības naudas piemērošanas pamatus un ar to saistīto problemātiku. Autore sava darbā ir aprakstījusi drošības līdzekļa - apcietinājums, piemērošanas pamatus un grozīšanas pamatus, apcietinājuma pārsūdzības kārtības termiņus un ar tiem saistīto problemātiku. Autore aprakstīja drošības naudas institūta esamību un raksturojumu, ka arī izpētījusi drošības naudas piemērošanas pamatus un ar to saistīto problemātiku. Bakalaura darbā ir atspoguļota autores praktiskā pieredzē, kura deva iespēju autorei norādīt uz problēmjautājumiem, to nepilnībām attiecībā uz apcietinājuma piemērošanas un grozīšanas pamatiem. Drošības naudas piemērošanas problemātikai autore piedāvā savu risinājumu attiecībā uz darbā aprakstītajiem problemjautājumiem.

The subject of my Bachelor thesis is “Trial detention and amendment Issues”. The framework of the most important issues related to the application of the security measure and alteration as well as alternative security measure – security deposit Issues. The aim of Bachelor thesis is to explore the application of the trial detention amendment issues from a practical side, as well as to look at alternative measures - the bail application. Bachelor's terms of reference are: 1. To study the application of the trial detention for amending the articles on the basics and related issues at a practical point of view; 2. Explore the detention appeal procedures of the trial detention deadlines and related issues at a practical point of view; 3. Exploring alternative measures - the bail application bases and related issues. The author in her work describes the security measures. Detention, the application of the foundations of the trial, amending the basics of detention for an appeals procedure deadlines related issues. The author describes the existence of the bail Institute characteristics, as well as examines the bail related issues. The Bachelor's thesis is reflected in the author's practical experience, which made it possible for the author to indicate the challenges, the shortcomings in the application of imprisonment and alteration. The author has solutions in the thesis for the problems in the bail institute.
