| dc.description.abstract | Darba tiesisko attiecību norobežošana no citiem civiltiesisko attiecību veidiem nepieciešama darba tiesisko attiecību subjekta – darbinieka - kā sociāli mazāk aizsargātas personas, dēļ.
Lai kvalitatīvi norobežotu tiesiskās attiecības, nepieciešama rūpīga visu tiesisko attiecību elementu analīze. Bakalaura darba mērķis un uzdevums ir noskaidrot, kādiem kritērijiem būtu jāizpildās, lai tiesiskās attiecības atzītu par darba tiesiskajām attiecībām.
Bakalaura darbā veikta civiltiesisko attiecību subjektu un galveno pazīmju analīze, sniegti secinājumi kā norobežot darba tiesiskās attiecības no citiem civiltiesisko attiecību veidiem, lai sasniegtu tiesisko attiecību mērķi un taisnīgu rezultātu.

| dc.description.abstract | It is needed to separate employment legal relationship from other kinds of legal relationships for the sake of the socially less protected party - the employee.
A ceruful analisys of all the aspects if such kinds of relationships is needed to do that precisely. The goal of the thesis is to find out what criteria should be fulfilled to regard legal relationship as an employment.
Theses looks at the main subjects and properties of a civil law relationship and provides conclusions about separation of an employment from other types of civil law relationship to reach the goal of this relationship and a fair outcome.
