Nekustamā īpašuma labticīga ieguvēja aizsardzības problemātika Latvijas civiltiesībās

Abstract

Pētot jautājumu par nekustamā īpašuma labticīga ieguvēja aizsardzības problemātiku galvenais mērķis ir izpētīt labticīga ieguvēja aizsardzības priekšnoteikumus Latvijas civiltiesiskā regulejumā, analizējot nekustamā īpašuma labticīga ieguvēja jēdziena izpratni tiesu praksē, ka arī tā nozīmi zemesgrāmatu publiskās ticamības principa konkretizācijā.

The issue on protection of a bona fide purchaser of the real estate has become one of the most topical issues of the Civil Law. In the Master's thesis it is studied and analyzed a bona fide purchaser institute, the understanding of the role of legal protection and interpretation of the important legal transaction, when Latvian Civil Law rules are applied. The author has analyzed the regulation of protection of a bona fide purchaser of the real estate according to the valid normative acts and provided proposal for more just application of the valid regulation.
