| dc.description.abstract | Maģistra darba nosaukums ir „Tiesiskā apziņa un tās deformācijas attiecībā uz noziedzīgiem nodarījumiem pret īpašumu laika posmā no 2005.-2012.gadam”.
Darba mērķis ir uzzināt tiesiskās apziņas jēdziena skaidrojumu, izpētīt apstākļus, kas veido un ietekmē indivīda tiesisko apziņu, tiesiskās apziņas deformācijas veidus, kā arī iepazīties ar Latvijas tiesu praksi attiecībā uz noziedzīgiem nodarījumiem pret īpašumu, apsūdzēto personu personībām un noziegumu izdarīšanas iemesliem.
Maģistra darbs sastāv no 76 lapām. Tajā ir izmantoti 46 literatūras avoti, pieci likumi un 25 juridiskās prakses materiāli.

| dc.description.abstract | Master’s graduation work „The legal awarness and its deformations regarding the crimes against property during the period from year 2005 to 2012”.
The aim of work is to learn the interpretation of legal awareness, to investigate the circumstances that forms and affects an individual's legal awareness, legal awareness deformation modes as well as get acquainted with the Latvian court practice in relation to offenses against property and reasons why people commit crimes against property.
Master’s graduation work consists of 76 pages. There are used 46 literature sources, five laws and 25 legal literature materials.
