Maģistra darba "Īpašu veidu Kopienas preču zīmju tiesiskā regulējuma problēmas" mērķis ir apskatīt īpašu veidu Kopienas preču zīmju reģistrācijas tiesisko regulējumu, noteikt tā problēmas un piedāvāt risinājumus. Darbā
tiek aplūkots īpašu veidu preču zīmju sarptautiskais un Kopienas tiesiskais regulējums, kā arī Eiropas Kopienu tiesas un Iekšējā tirgus saskaņošanas biroja prakse. Atsevišķi aprakstot īpaša veida preču zīmes, tiek noteikti to reģistrācijas tiesiskā regulējuma kritēriji un to problēmas. Tiek piedāvāti iespējamie problēmu risinājumi.
Īpašu veidu Kopienas preču zīmju tiesiskā regulējuma un ar tādu zīmju reģistrāciju saistītas problēmas līdz šim ir salīdzinoši maz pētītas, tāpēc darbs varētu piesaistīt
interesentus. The purpose of the Master’s essay "Problems of the regulation of the special Community trade marks" is to examine regulation that concerns registration of non-traditional Community trademarks, to determine its
problems and propose solutions. There are described in the essay international and Community regulations, decisions of the European Court of Justice and practice of the Office for Harmonization in the Internal Market that concerns non-traditional Community trademarks. While analyzing non-traditional trademarks one by one, there are defined criteria and problems of registration regulations. There are potential solutions of problems proposed. Problems that refer to the non-traditional Community
trademark regulation and questions of the registration of such marks are comparatively vague examined, therefore this essay could attract those who are interested in.
