Tiesiskās apziņas deformācijas problēmas postpadomju sabiedrībā, to cēloņi un ģenēze

Abstract

Pētījuma mērķis ir pilnīgi izanalizēt tiesiskās deformācijas problemas aspektus Latvijas Republikā. Autors izvelējas tieši tādu tēmu tāpēc ka tai piemīt imperatīvs raksturs modernājās Latvijas sabiedrībā pēcpadomju laikos. Tēmas aktualitāte ir viennozīmīga acimredzamu tiesiskas apziņas deformācijas idēju renesanses un ātras problemas izplatīšanas mūsdienīgajā sabiedrībā un dzīvē dēļ. Nav šaubu ka tagād Latvijas Republica cieš no tiesiskās apziņas deformācijas, dodot sākumu ari blakusproduktiem, kuri tikai pasliktina situāciju. Līdz ar to ir ļoti svarīgi saprast problēmas tai saknē, stukturizēt un saprast tas pamatelementus. Ar problēmas saprašanu, pienāks laiks piemērot adekvātus preventīvus pasākumus lai samazinātu problēmas destruktīvo efektu.

The aim of this study is to fully research the aspects of the judicial awarness/legal consciousness deformation in Latvia. The point why author choose this theme is because of its imperative nature of the problem in modern Latvian society in post-communist era. Relevance of this theme is justified because of the apparent renessance of the deformed ideas and swift development of the problem in modern society and in its aspects of life during past decades. There is no denying that recently Latvian Republic had suffered a new blossom of legal consciousness deformity, giving start to its byproducts, which only made the situation even worse. Therefore it is extremely important to understand the problem in its core, observe and analyse the development of this phenomenon through history, to structurise it and understand what are the key elements of this particular problem. By understanding the problem, some preventive measures can be undertaken to lessen the destructive impact of the problem
