| dc.description.abstract | The author took a research about the evolution of understanding the estate institution in the period from the Latvian SSR Civil Code, that accepted at 1st June of Year 1964 to the present day. In order to better understand the property, especially the private property conception, the author made a rresearch about the beginnings of private property, read history about it. To understand how public perceptions are formed, explored the legal awareness of the concept and its deformation.
