Noziedzīgi iegūta manta

Abstract

Maģistra darbā „Noziedzīgi iegūta manta” tiek apskatīta un analizēta noziedzīgi iegūtas mantas institūta vēsturiskā attīstība, kas ir noziedzīgi iegūtas mantas institūts un tā izpratne mūsdienās, mantas atzīšana par noziedzīgi iegūtu, kā arī rīcība ar noziedzīgi iegūtu mantu. Darbā pētīti problēmjautājumi, kas saistīti ar noziedzīgi iegūtas mantas institūtu un tā būtību, mantas atzīšanu par noziedzīgi iegūtu. Darba mērķis – ir izpētīt un analizēt, kas ir noziedzīgi iegūta manta, ko par tādu atzīst, kā arī apskatīt mantas atzīšanas par noziedzīgi iegūtu priekšnosacījumus un rīcību ar šādu mantu. Darbā pamatā izmantoti Latvijas Republikā spēkā esošie normatīvie akti, kas attiecās uz noziedzīgi iegūtas mantas reglamentāciju, grāmatas un publikācijas, kā arī tiesu prakse un citi juridisko zinātņu avoti, kas attiecās uz apskatāmo jautājumu.

In master work „Illegally acquired property” historical development of illegally acquired property is reviewed and acquired – what is the institute of illegally acquired property and its reception and understanding nowadays; acknowledgement of property to be obtained illegally; also conduct of illegally acquired property. Problem questions connected with the institute of illegally acquired property and its essence, acknowledgement of property to be illegally acquired are investigated in the work. Aim of the work–to research, investigate and analyse what is illegally acquired property, what is recognized to be such; also to review pre-conditions for acknowledgement of property to be illegally acquired, actions and dealing with such property. Effective in the Republic of Latvia normative acts concerning regulation of illegally acquired property, books and publications, court practice and other legal scientific sources concerning the question to be considered are used as the bases of w
