Abstract

Maģistra darba temats ir ,,Mantkārīgā nolūkā izdarīts noziedzīgs nodarījums”. Kvalificējot noziedzīgus nodarījumus, kas izdarīti mantkārīgā nolūkā, neskatoties uz to, ka šāda veida noziedzīgi nodarījumi ir visizplatītākie un vērsti ne tikai pret mantiskām interesēm, bet arī aizskar personas dzīvības un veselības intereses, tiesu praksē bieži vien rodas kļūdas. Darba mērķis ir noskaidrot un izprast mantkārīgā nolūkā izdarītā noziedzīga nodarījuma būtību un mantkārības lomu noziedzīga nodarījuma kvalifikācijā. Dotā darba uzdevumi ir izpētīt un izprast mantkārības jēdzienu, raksturot Krimināllikumā ietvertos aiz mantkārības izdarītus noziedzīgus nodarījumus, izpētīt slepkavības jēdzienu un tās nolūku, nošķirt mantkārīgā nolūkā izdarītu slepkavību no slepkavības, kas saistīta ar laupīšanu, kā arī izpētīt tādu noziedzīgu nodarījumu kā laupīšana un tās kvalificējošās pazīmes. The theme of the Master’s is ,,A Criminal offence motivated by greed”. Qualifying a criminal offences motivated by greed, despite the fact that this kind of criminal offences are the most well-known and is directed not only against the economic interests, but also touches the personal life and health, in practice of justice often encounter errors. The aim of the work is to clarify and understand essence of a criminal offence motivated by greed an greed role for offences qualifications.
