Maģistra darbs ir veltīts lietas faktisko apstākļu konstatēšanas, izmantojot netiešos pierādījumus, problēmu analīzei Latvijas tiesu praksē, ņemot vērā gan Latvijas, gan ārvalstu tiesību zinātnieku darbos apskatītajam jautājumam paustās atziņas.
Darba struktūru veido trīs nodaļas.
Pirmā nodaļa ir veltīta lietas faktisko apstākļu jēdzienam. Darba otrā nodaļā sniegts teorētisks apskats par plašāku darbību kopumu, ko vispārināti var apzīmēt ar pierādīšanu. Trešā nodaļa ir ar praktisku ievirzi – tajā aplūkota pierādīšanas norise tiesā civilprocesā, izmantojot netiešos pierādījumus prasības tiesvedības un sevišķās tiesāšanas kārtībā skatāmajās lietās.
Atslēgvārdi: lietas faktiskie apstākļi; pierādījumi; netiešie pierādījumi; pierādīšana civilprocesā; sevišķās tiesāšanas kārtība.
