Medību saimniecības tiesiskā regulējuma nepilnības Latvijā

Abstract

Maģistra darba mērķis ir apzināt iespējamās nepilnības medību saimniecības tiesiskajā regulējumā Latvijā, konstatējot medību saimniecības mērķus un stratēģiju nākotnē. Darba gaitā tiks noskaidrotas tiesiskā regulējuma nepilnības, kas var rasties no nekontrolētas medību tiesību nodošanas līgumu slēgšanas (medību iecirkņu sadrumstalotība). Tāpat tiks piedāvāti iespējamie problēmas risinājumi. Darba uzdevums ir aplūkot un izvērtēt teorētiskus un prakses materiālus attiecībā uz medību saimniecību Latvijā, kas palīdzētu gan medniekiem, gan sabiedrībai kopumā izprast un realizēt savas tiesības un pienākumus šajā nozarē. Šī uzdevuma ietvaros autors vērtēs medību teritorijas nedalāmības nozīmību, kā arī norādīs risinājums par medību platību vēlamo administratīvo iedalījumu. Autors centīsies pierādīt, ka mednieka un sabiedrības intereses ir vērstas vienā virzienā.

Latvia’s hunting legislation failures have not been thoroughly studied. There is a scientific study which aims to identify potential gaps in Latvian hunting legislation, with the purpose of finding hunting game management objectives and strategy for the future. In view of the present hunting management history and looking forward to possible future developments and implementation, the Latvian Hunting Legislation shortcomings will be analyzed and eventually it will emphasize it’s importance and the indivisibility of the hunting area, general public and hunters. . This scientific study’s task is to discuss and analyze the theoretical and the practical ways for hunting management, which would benefit both, hunters and the general public. This study would also give us some parameters in knowing how to exercise each others rights and responsibilities in this area. Author also attempts to show that hunting and the public interest run in the same parallel direction.
