Valsts valoda kā sabiedrību vienojošs faktors

Abstract

Valsts pienākums ir nodrošināt, lingvistisko tiesību realizāciju, kas vienlīdz stabilizē lingvistisko vidi un pozicionē valodas politikas paradigmas, bet, tā kā mūsdienām raksturīgs kolektīvs multilingvisms, globalizācijai un kosmopolītismam ir negatīva konotācija valsts valodas politikā. Darba mērķis ir pamatot valsts valodas nozīmi sabiedrības vienotumā un rast risinājumus valsts valodas politikas optimizācijai, tādēļ autore pēta valodas sintēzi ar sabiedrības eksistenci, izzina subjekta identitātes, valodas nostiprināšanas būtību un valsts valodas politiku mijiedarbībā ar Eiropas Savienības ietekmi uz šīs politikas realizāciju. Pētījuma rezultātā autore secina, ka valsts valoda ir sabiedrības ģenēzes priekšnoteikums, identificējot galvenos valodas politikas problēmjautājumus un rodot risinājumus sfēras tiesību normu efektivizācijai.

State has the obligation to ensure realization of the linguistic rights which equally stabilizes the linguistic environment and presents the paradigms of the language policy, but as nowadays is characterized by multilingualism, globalization and cosmopolitanism it has a negative connotation to the language policy. The aim is to justify the language as unity of society and find solutions for the optimization of the national language policy, therefore, the author explores the linguistic synthesis of the existence of society, discovers the subject’s identity, the nature of language mounting and national language policy interaction with the Europe Union impact on the realization of this policy. As a result of the study, the author concludes that the national language is a prerequisite for the genesis of the society in identifying the main language policy issues and providing solutions to increase the efficiency of law sphere.
