Maģistra darba Pratināšana un tās psiholoģiskie aspekti mērķis ir noskaidrot pratināšanas psiholoģisko aspektu atšķirības dažādās pratināmo grupās. Pratināšana ir visizplatītākā izmeklēšanas darbība – liecinieku, cietušo, aizdomās turēto un apsūdzēto liecības joprojām ir kvalitatīvi vissvarīgākais pierādījumu avots visās krimināllietās. Neviens kriminālprocess nav iedomājams bez šīs izmeklēšanas darbības, un bieži vien liecības ir vienīgais pierādījumu avots. Pratināmās personas var atšķirties gan pēc vecuma, gan izglītības līmeņa, gan intelekta, gan arī pēc sava statusa tiesvedības procesā. Šo atšķirību dēļ būtiska ir pratinātāja spēja atrast pareizu psiholoģisko pieeju katrai no šīm personu grupām.
Darbā tiks izmantota literatūra, kas atspoguļo gan pratināšanas procesa tiesiskos, gan psiholoģiskos aspektus.

No criminal process is thinkable without this inquiry, and a testimony is often the only source of evidence in the case. The heard persons may differ both in age and level of education and intelligence, as well as their status in the proceedings. Because of these differences, it is essential for the interrogators to find a proper psychological approach to each of these groups.
In this Master thesis there will be used literature that reflects the legal and psychological aspects of the interrogation process.
