Nelikumīgas darbības ar finanšu instrumentiem un maksāšanas līdzekļiem

Abstract

Autores izvēlētā tēma bakalaura darbam ir „Nelikumīgas darbības ar finanšu instrumentiem un maksāšanas līdzekļiem”. Pētījuma mērķis – izpētīt un izanalizēt nelikumīgas darbības ar finanšu instrumentiem un maksāšanas līdzekļiem. Darbs sastāv no ievada, trīs nodaļām, kopsavilkuma, izmantotās literatūras un juridisko aktu saraksta. Pirmajā nodaļā tika izpētīts Latvijas Krimināllikuma 193.pantā paredzētā noziedzīgā nodarījuma sastāvs. Otrajā nodaļā tika analizētas problēmas, kas saistītas ar noziedzīga nodarījuma kvalifikāciju. Trešajā nodaļā tika salīdzināts noziedzīga nodarījuma raksturojums tādās valstīs kā Igaunijā, Lietuvā, Nīderlandē, Dānijā, Vācijā un Šveicē. Darba kopsavilkumā tika izdarīti secinājumi un atzinumi, kādus darba autore guvusi pētījuma izstrādes procesā.

The author's chosen theme for (bachelor) undergraduate work is "illegal transactions in financial instruments and means of payment". Aim of the study - to examine and analyze the illegal activities of financial instruments and means of payment. It consists of an introduction, three chapters, conclusion, the list of the literature and legal acts. In the first chapter were examined criminal offenses of the article 193 of the Criminal law of Latvia. In the second chapter were analyzed the problems which were related to the criminal offense classification. In the third chapter were compared the profile of the criminal offense in countries such as Estonia, Lithuania, Netherlands, Denmark, Germany and Switzerland. In the work conclusion were summarized observations and opinions which the author has made in development process of the study.
