Slepkavība grupā

Abstract

Bakalaura darba temats ir „Slepkavība personu grupā”, šīs temats tika izvēlēts, jo pēc autores domām ir bijusi un būs aktuāla, jo cilvēka dzīvība ir visvērtīgākais objekts, ko aizsargā Krimināllikums. Šī darba galvenais mērķis ir slepkavības elementu analīze, ko izdarījusi personu grupa ar iepriekšēju vienošanos un organizēta grupa un gūt priekšstatu par ārvalstu regulējumu šajā jomā. Dotā darbā iekļautie jautājumi tiek izskatīti teorētiskajā aspektā, iespēju robežās analizējot praksē sastopamās problēmas šajā jomā. Bakalaura darbs balstīts uz zinātniskiem, vēsturiskiem, periodiskiem un informatīviem avotiem, kā arī juridiskiem dokumentiem, Latvijas un citu valstu normatīviem aktiem un internēta avotiem.

The author has chosen „Murder committed by a group of persons” as the subject for her Diploma Paper since she believes that this subject has been and will be topical in future because life of human being is the most valuable object which is protected by Criminal Law. The primary objective of the Diploma Paper is to analyze elements of murder commited either by a group of persons by previous concert or by an organized gang and to get an insight into foreign legislation in that field . The issues of the Diploma Paper have been examined within the theoretical aspects and problems related to the subject have been analyzed to the extent possible. The Diploma Paper is based on scientific, historical, periodical and informational sources as well as legal documentation, Latvian and foreign statutory acts and laws and internet sources.
