Abstract

Diplomdarba tēma ir „Ogres iecirkņa kārtības policijas nodaļas darbības tiesiskais regulējums”. Šis ir nozīmīgs temats, jo pašreizējā situācija liecina par nepilnībām, kas ir Ogres iecirkņa Kārtības policijas nodaļas darbībā, un tas neļauj izmantot visus materiālos un darbinieku resursus pilnībā, kā arī mērķu izpildē. Diplomdarba mērķis ir izpētīt Valsts policijas Rīgas reģiona pārvaldes Ogres iecirkņa kārtības policijas nodaļas tiesisko regulējumu, atklājot problemātiku un sniedzot priekšlikumus tās risināšanai. Sīkāk tika izpētīti Kārtības policijas nodāļā strādājošo iecirkņa inspektoru darbības tiesiskais regulējums, pienākumi, tiesības un sadarbība ar citiem kārtības policijas dienestiem un Pašvaldības policiju. Kopsavilkumā tika uzskaitītas kārtības policijas nodaļas darbības tiesiskā regulējuma problēmas. Diplomdarba apjoms ir 62 lappuses, 3 nodaļas un 56 literatūras avoti.
