Ar brīvības atņemšanu notiesāto nodarbinātība

Abstract

Bakalaura darba „Ar brīvības atņemšanu notiesāto nodarbinātība” mērķis ir iegūt un apkopot informāciju par no ieslodzījumā esošo personu iespējām resocializēties sabiedrībā. Par pētījuma objektu ir izraudzītas ieslodzījumā esošas personas. Savukārt pētījuma priekšmets ir ieslodzījumā esošu personu resocializācijas iespējas nodarbinātības jomā. Darbs sastāv no ievada, 4 nodaļām ar apakšnodaļām, secinājumiem un priekšlikumiem. Darba pirmajā nodaļā autors apskata socializācijas procesa nozīmīgumu un resocializācijas būtību un nozīmi indivīda dzīvē. Otrajā nodaļā tiek aplūkota resocializācijas procesa gaita sodu izciešot brīvības atņemšanas iestādēs, sīkāk analizēta notiesāto resocializācija ieslodzījuma vietās, problēmas un to risinājumi, kā arī notiesāto sagatavošana dzīvei brīvībā pirmsatbrīvošanas posmā. Trešajā nodaļā autors pēta ieslodzīto nodarbinātības nepieciešamību, iespējas un īpatnības, ar kurām nākas saskarties komersantiem, kuri vēlas nodarbināt ieslodzītos. Ceturtajā nodaļā ir ieslodzīto aptaujas anketu un darba devēju telefonaptaujas rezultātu apraksts un analīze. Darbā izmantoti Latvijas Republikas normatīvie akti, 26 literatūras avoti, interneta resursi, telefonaptauja, respondentu anketēšana. Darba apjoms ir 55 lapaspuses, tajā ir 2 tabulas, 2 attēli, un tam ir 3 pielikumi. Atslēgas vārdi: resocializācija, nodarbinātība, komercdarbība, cietums.

The purpose of the Bachelor’s Paper The employment of convicted with imprisonment is to obtain and summarize information on the possibilities of resocialization for people in imprisonment. The object of this research is people in custody. But the subject of the research is resocialization possibilities for people in custody in employment sphere. The paper consists of introduction, four chapters with sub-chapters, conclusions and suggestions. In the first chapter the Author looks at the importance of socialization process, resocialization nature and importance in the life of an individual. The second chapter describes the course of resocialization process when one’s time is served in prison, describes in detail resocialization of convicts in prisons, problems and solutions to these problems, as well as preparation of convicts for life in freedom before release from imprisonment. In the third chapter the Author describes the employment’s necessity of people in custody, possibilities and features thats meat a bussinessman, who want to employ prisoners. The fourth chapter contains the description and analysis of the surveys results of people’s in custody and phonesurveys results of businesspeoples. In this Paper the Author uses laws and regulations of Republic of Latvia, 26 sources of literature, sources of internet and surveys.
