Naudas sods

Abstract

Autores bakalaura darba temats ir „Naudas sods”. Darba pirmājā nodaļā tiek apskatīta Latvijas sodu sistēma, pārējās četras nodaļas veltītas naudas sodam. Diez vai ir jāpierada tas, ka, piemēram, brīvības atņemšana un naudas sods, neatkarīgi no termiņa un apmēra, rada kvalitatīvu atšķirīgu iedarbību. Brīvības atņemšana iejaucās personas privātas brīvības sfērā, bet naudas sods skar viņa materiālo labklājību. Autore darbā veica secinājumu, ka tomēr tiek piemērots naudas sods Latvijā. Autore savā darbā nelielu naudas soda un piespiedu darba salīdzinājumu. Kā arī veica ārvalstu normatīvo aktu salīdzīnājumu. Darbā tiek pievērsta uzmanība tiesu praksei un statistikas datiem.
