Noziedzīgu nodarījumu izmeklēšana, kas saistīta ar narkotisko un psihotropo vielu apriti

Abstract

Bakalaura darba autors Ivars Pentjušs, darba tēma „Noziedzīgu nodarījumu izmeklēšana, kas saistīta ar narkotisko un psihotropo vielu apriti”. Bakalaura darbs augstākās profesionālās izglītības programmā „ Tiesību zinātne ”. Lpp 60 , 2 tabulas, izmantota literatūra 28 nosaukumi. Darba teorētiskajā daļā iekļauts zinātniskās literatūras apskats par narkotisko un psihotropo vielu jēdzienu, iedalījumu un narkotisko vielu iedarbību uz cilvēka organismu. Par pētījuma pamatmetodi tika ņemta juridiskā prakse tiesās, kā arī prakse Valsts policijā izmeklējot ar narkotiskām un psihotropām vielām saistītus noziedzīgus nodarījumus, ar mērķi noskaidrot ar narkotiskām un psihotropām vielām saistītu noziedzīgu nodarījumu mehānismu un izmeklēšanu. Bakalaura darba mērķis – pētīt noziedzīgu nodarījumu izmeklēšanu, kas saistīta ar narkotisko un psihotropo vielu apriti, kā uzlabot darbu, izpētīt ar narkotikām saistīto noziegumu stāvokli un dinamiku, kā arī uzzināt kādi ir pierādījumi un pierādāmie apstākļi un kādas izmeklēšanas darbības jāveic, lai šos pierādījumus konstatētu un savāktu.

The author of diploma paper is Ivars Pentjušs. The thome of the diploma paper is “Investigation of crimes connected with turnover of narcotic drugs and sychotropic ubstances”. The search work of higher professional education program ‘’ Jurisprudence’’. 60. ages, 2. able, 28.titles of used literature. In the theoretical part of the research work is included the description of narcotic and psychotropic substances conception, the xert nfluence of narcotic substances on a human body. The basic method of the research - the legal practice in law – court , as well as Governmental police’s practice in criminal cases` investigation , connected with narcotic and psychotropic substances with the aim to clarify the mechanism of criminal causing and inquiry in cases with narcotic and psychotropic substances. The aim of the research work – to find out the position and the dynamic of crime , connected with narcotic substances , as well as get acquainted with evidences , proving circumstances and the action , necessary for the evidences` establishing and gathering .
