Bakalaura darbā „Izvarošanas krimināltiesiskie aspekti” tiek aplūkotas problēmas, kas saistītas ar izvarošanas teorētisko pamatojumu un tiesisko regulējumu.
Attiecībā izvarošanu kā noziedzīga nodarījuma kvalifikāciju pastāv vairākas problēmas un nepilnības, līdz ar to tiesību normas, kas attiecas uz izvarošanu, būtu jāpilnveido, t.i., gan labojot pieļautās neprecizitātes un aizpildot nepilnības, gan iekļaujot tajā jaunas idejas, kas radīsies un attīstīsies nākotnē.
Darba mērķis ir uz izzinātās, apstrādātās un klasificētās informācijas pamata meklēt problemātiskas situācijas, nolūkā izteikt priekšlikumus krimināltiesību normu tālākā attīstīšanā un pilnveidošanā.
Bakalaura darba izstrādes laikā tika salīdzināts mūsu valsts Krimināllikums ar citu valstu kriminālkodeksiem.
