Abstract

Diplomdarba tēma ir „Radošie rakstu darbi personības daudzveidīgo spēju attīstībai angļu valodas stundās 8. klasē”. Temata izvēli noteica aktuāla mūsdienu nepieciešamība pēc radošām personībām. Radoši patstāvīgā darbība izpaužas tad, ja cilvēks izjūt vajadzību darboties pēc savas iniciatīvas, patstāvīgi domāt, izvirzīt jaunus uzdevumus, rast jaunus risinājuma veidus, gūstot oriģinālus, cilvēka iespējām un attīstības līmenim atbilstošus sasniegumus. Loģiska, lineāra, analītiska domāšana vēl joprojām būs nepieciešama, bet ar šīm zināšanām vien tagad ir par maz. Arī angļu valodas stundās iespējams sniegt praktiskas zināšanas un veidot uzdevumus, kas aktualizē skolēnu radošās spējas. Diplomdarba mērķis ir izpētīt radošo rakstu darbu veidu un tehniku iespējas angļu valodas stundās 8. klasēs, lai nodrošinātu līdzvērtīgu personības daudzveidīgo spēju attīstību. Izvirzīts pētījuma jautājums - vai radošie rakstu darbi ir priekšnoteikums katras personības daudzveidīgo spēju attīstībai angļu valodas stundās skolēniem ar atšķirīgām dominējošām intelekta pazīmēm? Darbs sastāv no četrām nodaļām un pieciem pielikumiem. Darba pirmajā daļā tiek analizētas pusaudžu vecuma fizioloģiskās, psiholoģiskās, uztveres un izziņas darbības īpatnības, novērtētas teorētiskās nostādnes. Otrajā daļā tiek apskatīti teorētiskie pētījumi personības spēju, dotību un intelekta veidu noteikšanā, to klasifikācijas principi un jaunākās pedagogu un psihologu atziņas. Darba trešajā daļā raksturota kreativitātes (radošuma) problēma un pētījumi personības attīstības aspektā. Darba ceturtajā daļā analizēta skolēnu un skolotāju attieksme pret radošajiem rakstu darbiem, vērtētas problēmas un ieguvumi, kā arī sniegti radošo rakstu darbu paraugi un atklātas iespējas attīstīt skolēnu daudzveidīgās spējas angļu valodas mācību procesā 8. klasēs. Kaut arī pētījums atklāja, ka vēl netiek pietiekami novērtētas radošo rakstu darbu iespējas angļu valodas mācību procesā, tika gūts apliecinājums, ka ir iespējams dažādot metodes, lai radošie rakstu darbi varētu kļūt par būtisku priekšnoteikumu skolēnu personības daudzveidīgai, harmoniskai attīstībai.

The theme of this diploma work is “Creative Writing as a Tool for the Development of Individual’s Many-sided Abilities in English Lesson in Form 8”.The choice was determined by an urgent necessity for the development of creative personalities. An independent creative activity becomes apparent if a person feels an inner need to show initiative, to think independently, to set new objectives, to find new solutions thus gaining success, which corresponds with the person’s abilities and level of his/her development. The society will still need logical, linear and analytical thinking skills, but nowadays utilizing only these skills is not enough. English language lessons can be used as an ideal ground for giving practical knowledge and at the same time they let develop tasks, which activate students’ creativity. The aim of this diploma work is to research what possibilities are there for developing creative writing tasks and techniques for Form 8 students to equally expand individual’s many-sided abilities while studying English. Therefore there was put forward the following question - is creative writing a precondition for the development of many-sided abilities of students of different intellectual abilities? The diploma work consists of four parts and five appendices. In the first part there is analysed the specific character of physiological, psychological, perceptual and cognitive activities of teenagers as well as evaluated theoretical findings. The second part describes what theoretical research has been done in the field of identification of person’s abilities, aptitudes and intelligence, what principles are used to classify them as well as studied the most recent pedagogical and psychological discoveries in the field. In the third part the problem of creativity is described along with research of personality development. In the fourth part there is analyzed teachers’ and students’ attitude towards creative writing, evaluated problems and gains, shown examples of creative writing and disclosed what opportunities there are for the development of students’ many-sided abilities while teaching English in Form 8. Although the research proved that we still do not use all opportunities that creative writing offers for the development of creativity, there was gained a testimony that it is possible to differ methods so that creative writing could become an essential precondition for the development of many-sided and harmonious personality.
