Informātikas vidējās izglītības standarta un programmas atbilstība izglītības satura reformas principiem.

Abstract

Maģistra darba mērķis ir veikt jaunā vidējās izglītības mācību priekšmeta standarta un programmas parauga informātikā izvērtēšanu atbilstoši izglītības satura reformas principiem, identificējot nepilnības un sniedzot priekšlikumus to novēršanai. Darbs sastāv no ievada, teorētiskās un praktiskās daļas, nobeiguma un 4 pielikumiem. Darba autore pētīja pārmaiņu nepieciešamību izglītības sistēmā un 21.gadsimta prasības izglītībai, kā arī noskaidroja IKT lomu mūsdienu sabiedrībā. Pielikumā var skatīt pētījumā izmantoto anketu, kā arī informātikas mācību priekšmeta vidējās izglītības un pamatizglītības standartus. Pētījumā tika konstatēts, ka jaunajā informātikas vidējās izglītības mācību priekšmeta standartā un programmas paraugā ir veiktas dažas būtiskas izmaiņas. Tomēr, neskatoties uz tām, standarts un programma joprojām neatbilst izglītības satura reformas izvirzītajām prasībām. Tāpat tika secināts, ka uzlabojumus galvenokārt vajadzētu veikt tieši mācību programmas saturā, kas neatbilst standartā izvirzītajām pamatprasībām mācību priekšmeta apguvei un līdz ar to arī vairākiem izglītības satura reformas pamatprincipiem. Pētījumā iegūto datu analīzes rezultātā tika piedāvāti vairāki ieteikumi, kā varētu uzlabot vidējās izglītības standartu un programmu informātikas priekšmetā, lai veicinātu IKT apguvi atbilstoši 21. gadsimta vajadzībām. Pētījuma rezultāti var tikt izmantoti par pamatu jauna mācību priekšmeta standarta un programmas informātikā izstrādē. The purpose of the master’s paper is to perform an evaluation of the secondary education subject standard and curriculum model in informatics according to the principles of the education content reform, identifying imperfections and giving suggestions for their prevention. The work consists of introduction, theoretical and practical parts, conclusion and 4 appendixes. The author of the work explored the necessity of changes in the education system and the requirements for the 21st century education, and also found out the role of ICT in today’s society. In the appendixes there can be seen the questionnaire, used in research and the informatics subject primary and secondary education standards. In the research it was established, that a few substantial changes in the new subject standard and curriculum model in informatics are made. However, in spite of that, they still do not correspond to the main requirements of the education content reform. It was similarly drawn to a conclusion, that improvements should mainly take the curriculum content, which does not meet the basic requirements to the acquirement of the informatics, and hence several of the education content reform principles as well. As a result of the research data analysis, author of the paper came forward with a few suggestions for the ways of improving the secondary education standard and curriculum in informatics in order to promote the ICT mastering according to the 21st century needs. The results of the research can be used as the basis for developing new secondary education standard and curriculum in informatics.
