Latvijas šķēpmetēju kluba vadības un audzēkņu(Šķēpu metēju) sagatavošanas principi.

Abstract

Izstrādājot maģistra darbu„Latvijas Šķēpmetēju kluba vadības un audzēkņu sagatavošanas principi”, autora mērķis un uzdevumi bija izanalizēt šķēpa mešanas kluba vadības un sagatavošanas principus. Darba teorētiskajā daļā autors veica likumdošanas aktu, vēsturisko dokumentu un tēmai atbilstošās literatūras analīzi par izglītības vadības jēdzienu, sporta vadības principiem, šķēpmetēju kluba darbības principi un posmi. Darba teorētiskajā daļā informācijas iegūšanai galvenokārt izmantota kvalitatīvā metode - dokumentu kontentanalīze pētot darba tēmu likumdošanas aktos, vēsturiskajos dokumentos un attiecīgajā literatūrā. Tāpat izmantota kvalitatīvā pētīšanas metode – intervija. Pētījumā tika iesaistīti 3 šķēpmetēji, 3 treneri un LŠK prezidents Anrijs Lūsis. Pamatojoties uz pētījumā iegūtajiem rezultātiem autors ir izstrādājis priekšlikumus šķēpa mešanas tehnikas pilnveidošanai un augstu rezultātu iegūšanai. Pētījuma mērķis ir sasniegts, jo noskaidrots, ka šķēpa metēju sagatavošanas pamatā ir ļoti precīza šķēpa raidīšanas tehnika, šķēpa mešanas kluba vadības pamatā ir savstarpējā sadarbība starp treneriem, kluba direktoru un valdes priekšsēdētāju. Atbilstoši pakļautības hierarhijai treneri tieši sadarbojas ar LŠK direktoru, kurš visus nepieciešamos jautājumus tālāk pārrunā un apspriež ar valdes priekšsēdētāju. Pētījuma rezultātā gūtās atziņas dod iespēju izvērtēt šķēpa metēju kļūdas un pilnveidojot šķēpa mešanas tehniku palīdz gūt viņiem augstākus rezultātus starptautiska mēroga sacensībās.

Aim and targets of this master paper “Principles of Latvian Javelin Throwers Club management and trainees preparation” were to analyze the main principles for the management of javelin throwers club and preparation of trainees. In theoretical part of this work author has considered issues like analysis of legislation, historical documents and other specific literature on the concept education management, main principles of sport management, principles and stages of activities of javelin throwers club. In theoretical part of this work author uses mainly quantitative research method – content analysis of the documents, performing the research on the theme of this paper if the legislation historical documents and other specific literature. Also the qualitative research method - interview. 3 javelin throwers, 3 coaches and Latvian Javelin Throwers Club’s president Anrijs Lusis were involved. Basing upon analysis of literature and results of survey, the author has elaborated suggestions for the improvement of javelin throwing technique and for acquisition of high results. The aim of this paper has been reached, because it was clarified that the basis for the preparation of javelin throwers is a very precise javelin throwing technique, but the basis for the management of javelin throwers club is mutual cooperation between the coaches, director of the club and chairman of the board. According to the subordination, coaches directly cooperate with the Latvian Javelin Throwers Club’s president, who all necessary questions solve together with the chairman of the board. Cognitions gained after the performance of this research give possibility to evaluate the failures of javelin throwers and, improving the javelin throwing technique, help them to gain higher results in the international competitions.
