Abstract

Maģistra darbs „Vadītājam nepieciešamo kompetenču pilnveide efektīvas skolas mācību vides veidošanas procesā” veikts ar mērķi noskaidrot vadītājam nepieciešamās kompetences efektīvas skolas mācību vides veidošanai. Efektīva skolas mācību vide ir pamats efektīvai skolai, kā rezultātā tiek nodrošināta izglītības programmu mērķu īstenošanās praksē un, kas dod pilnveidotus, konkurētspējīgus, brīvus un atbildīgus cilvēkus. Skolas vadībai ir noteicošā loma skolas mācību vides veidošanā, tāpēc būtiskas ir tai piemītošās kompetences un to nepārtraukta pilnveidošana, dzīvošana līdzi laikam. Dotais darbs, kura apjoms ir 63 lappuses un kurā ietvertas 5 tabulas un 9 attēli, strukturāli veidots no ievada, četrām nodaļām, rezultātiem un diskusijas un secinājumiem. Ievadā apskatīta darba aktualitāte, izteikta hipotēze, noteikti mērķi un uzdevumi. Bez tam, ievadā tiek precizēti datu ieguves avoti un pamatota pētījuma metodoloģija. Dotā darba pamatnodaļās apskatītas teorētiskās nostādnes par tematiem: skolas mācību vide un tās efektivitāte, mācību vides veidošanas nosacījumi un skolas vadītāja loma tajā, vadīšanas stili, vadītāja funkcijas, vadītājam nepieciešamās kompetences, kā arī apskatītas kompetenču pilnveides iespējas. Uz šī pamata veikta „X” skolas analīze kopumā, vides analīze izmantojot SVID, skolas vadītāja raksturojums, izmantojot anketēšanu skolotāju vidū. Tam seko uz secinājumiem balstīti priekšlikumi „X” skolas vides veidošanai un skolas vadītāja kompetenču pilnveidei. Darba noslēgumā apkopoti maģistra darba rezultāti un veikta diskusija, pamatojoties uz pētījuma rezultātiem par skolas efektīvas mācību vides veidošanu un vadītājam nepieciešamo kompetenču pilnveidi, lai varētu to sekmīgi nodrošināt. Darbs beidzas ar secinājumiem par darba procesā sasniegto. Dotā darba autors ikdienā strādā skolā „X” un ir ciešā sakarā ar skolas mācību vidi un skolas vadību. Izstrādātais darbs paredzēts, lai ar to iepazīstinātu skolas vadību un, lai to varētu lietot izglītošanas un attīstības procesā „X” skolā.

Resume of Master Thesis Master Thesis „The Development of Leaders’ Competencies necessary for creating an effective learning environment at school” was written to clarify the skills and competencies necessary for creating and developing effective learning environment at school. Effective learning environment is the basis for an effective school, resulting in carrying out the educational programs and goals into practice, which enables sophisticated, competitive, free and responsible people. The school management has a key role in the process of creating school learning environment, so significant is its associated skills and their continuous improvement. Master Thesis, amounting to 63 pages and containing 5 tables and 9 files, structurally composed of introduction, four chapters, results and discussion and conclusions. Introduction deals with the thesis actuality, hypothesis, stated purpose and tasks. In addition, the introduction specified data sources and revealed methodology of the research. In chapters there is survey of theoretical framework of the following themes: the learning environment at school and its effectiveness, conditions of creating the learning environment at school and the role of headmaster in it, styles of management, functions of the headmaster, required competencies of headmaster, and opportunities of development of required competencies. Taking in account all mentioned, there is made 'X' School’s general analysis, environmental analysis using the SWOT, the headmasters characterization using questionnaires among teachers. This is followed by proposals (based on analyze of questionnaires) for development of environment of school "X" and development of headmasters competencies. In conclusion there is summary of the Master Thesis, results and discussion, based on the made research of the creating an effective learning environment at school, development of leaders necessary competencies to be able to provide the necessary conditions for creating an effective environment. The work concludes with summary of research and made deductions. The author of the Master Theses is working at "X" School and is in close connection with the school environment and school management. The Master thesis and conclusions of it is intended to be made known to “X” school leader’s team, so it can be used in training and development process of the "X" school.
