Skolas vadības loma profesionālo un skolēnu mācību un motivāciju veicinošas vides pilnveidošanā.

Abstract

Maģistra darbu „ Skolas vadības loma pedagogu profesionālo un skolēnu mācību motivāciju veicinošas vides pilnveidošanā” izstrādājusi Madonas rajona Kalsnavas pamatskolas direktore Gunta Lapsa. Ekonomiskie, sociāli politiskie un demogrāfiskie apstākļi daudzām lauku pamatskolām rada pastāvēšanas draudus. Skolas vadītāja uzdevums ir veidot mācīties spējīgu organizāciju, lai saglabātu skolas konkurētspēju, nodrošinātu kvalitatīvu izglītības procesu, efektīvi izmantojot tos resursus, kas ir skolas rīcībā. Pētījuma objekts – izglītības iestādes vide un pedagogu profesionālā un skolēnu mācību motivācija. Darba mērķis – izanalizējot Kalsnavas pamatskolas vides kvalitatīvos rādītājus, izpētot pedagogu profesionālo un skolēnu mācību motivāciju, atklāt problēmas un norādīt iespējamos risinājumus motivāciju veicinošas vides pilnveidošanai Kalsnavas pamatskolā. Darbā izmantotie atslēgas vārdi: izglītības vide, pedagogu profesionālā un skolēnu mācību motivācija, vadība, stimulēšana. Pētījuma gaitā tika secināts, ka veiksmīga darba un mācību pamatā ir sakārtota darba vide, stabilas un atbalstošas savstarpējās attiecības visos līmeņos, skolas kolektīva locekļu mērķu un interešu ievērošana un iesaistīšana skolas problēmu risināšanā, kā arī nepieciešama savstarpēja pielāgošanās un prasme atrast pareizās stimulēšanas metodes. Pierādīta hipotēze, ka darbs pie izglītības iestādes darba kvalitātes uzlabošanas norit sekmīgāk tad, ja -) skolā tiek nodrošināta personības attīstībai labvēlīga vide, -) vadītājs zina savas iestādes pedagogu profesionālo un skolēnu mācību motivāciju ietekmējošos faktorus, -) vadītājs mērķtiecīgi strādā ar pedagogu un skolēnu stimulēšanu, izmantojot daudzveidīgus līdzekļus. Zinātniskais darbs izstrādāts izglītības zinātņu nozarē, izglītības vadības apakšnozarē. Apjoms – 77 lpp, 20 attēli, 9 tabulas. Darbs sastāv no ievada, divām daļām - teorētiski pētnieciskās un praktiski pētnieciskās, nobeiguma un sešiem pielikumiem. Pirmajā daļā apskatītas teorijas par vidi, motivāciju, iestādes vadītāja lomu. Otrajā daļā apkopota informācija par praktisko pētījumu, izstrādāts modelis skolas vadības darbībai. Darbā izmantoti 65 bibliogrāfiskie un interneta avoti.

The work for master degree „The role” of school manager for the development of the environment promoting professionally teachers motivation and pupils learning motivation, has been done by the headmistress of Kalsnava Primary School Gunta Lapsa. The economic, socially political and demographic situations cause the threats of an existing of many primary schools in the province. The task of the manager of the school is to perform the organization which would be able to study preserving the school being competitive, to provide the qualitative process of education using effectively the resources, which are at school. The object of the research – the environment which be motivation to promote analysing the indicators of quality, investigating the professional motivation of pedagogues and pupils learning motivation at Kalsnava Primary School. The key words are used at the work: the educational environment, the professional motivation of teachers and learning motivation of pupils, the management, the stimulation. It was concluded while doing the research that the base of the successful work and studies is an adjusted working place and the environment and stable and adequate mutual relations in all levels, respecting the interests of the staff and involving it in the solution of the school problems, and the mutual adjusting and the skills to find the right methods of stimulating. The hypothesis has been proved that the work for improving the quality of the educational institution goes successfully if: • the favourable environment for the personality development is provided at school • the manager knows the professionally motivating factors of the teachers and the learning motivating factors of the pupils. • the leader works purposefully with the stimulating the teachers and the pupils using many kids of means. The scientific work has been done in the sphere of the educational sciences, in the sub sphere of the educational management. The whole volume is 77 pages, 20 pictures, 9 charts. The work consists of the introduction, two parts – a theoretically researching and a practically researching, the end and the six appendixes. The first part deals with the theory about the environment, the motivation and the role of the manager. The information about the practical research, the model is carried out for the schools manager’s work has been summarized in the second part. 65 bibliographic and the internet sources are used while writing the work.
