Abstract

Par Gintas Strades maģistra darbu “Skolēnu personības izpētes procesa vadīšana internātskolas apstākļos”. Darba mērķis: Izvērtēt skolēnu personības izpētes procesa vadīšanu internātskolas apstākļos. Pētījuma bāze: Jelgavas 1.sanatorijas internātpamatskola. Maģistra darbā teorētiski analizētas tādu autoru kā E.Eriksona, A.Adlera, Z.Freida atziņas par personību veidojošiem faktoriem. Ievērojamo pedagogu J.A.Studenta, K.Ušinska, J.A.Komenska idejas par mācību un audzināšanas darba vienotību. Mūsdienu autoru – L.Žukova, R.Andersones, L Plaudes , G.Svences idejas par sociālās veselības jautājumiem, par klases audzinātāja lomu. Teorētiskās nostādnes par vadītāja lomu, par vadīšanas procesa organizēšanu apskatītas tādu autoru darbos kā A.Vilkastes, .Lidumnieka, I.Foranda, I.Bērziņas un citu autoru darbos. Maģistra darbā ir analizēti ar skolēnu personības izpēti un tās vadīšanu saistītie jautājumi. Noskaidrotas skolēnu personības izpētei izvirzītās prasības. Aktualizēta klases audzinātāja loma izpētes procesā un vadīšanā. Analizēti personības attīstības procesu ietekmējošie jautājumi un to izzināšanas iespējas. Praktiski veikta skolēnu personības izpētes procesa vadīšanas pieredzes analīze Jelgavas 1. sanatorijas internātpamatskolā. Darba gaitā iegūti secinājumi, ka Jelgavas 1.sanatorijas internātpamatskolā skolēnu personības izpētes darbu pamatā veic klašu audzinātāji, iesaistot skolotājus, medicīnas darbiniekus un vecākus. Iemesliem, kas traucē izmantot iepriekš veiktos skolēnu personības izpētes materiālus ir tas, ka nav mērķtiecīgi vadīta izpēte, trūkst vienotas metodikas, nenotiek komplekss izvērtēšanas process. Ir liela skolēnu mainība klasēs. Balstoties uz analīzē iegūtajiem rezultātiem, izveidots metodisks materiāls klašu audzinātājiem “Skolēnu personības izpētes procesa vadīšanas modelis”. Darbā iekļauti 22 attēli un 5 tabulas, 3 pielikumi. Izmantoti 64 literatūras avoti.

The author of masters work is Ginta Strade. The theme of work: The Administrtion of tehe Investigation Process of the Development of Pupils Personality. The objective of the work: the evaluate the process of administration of the investigationof pupils personality. The basis of investgation is Jelgava Boarding school – sanatorium No 1. In the work theoretical aspects of educational process and the development of pupils personality have been ehamined and analysed with reference of the following authors: E.Erikson, A.Adler, Z.Freyd. The outstanding educators J.A.Stdents, R.Usinsky, J.A.Komensky ideas of the unity of teaching and educational work have been considered. The ideas of social health problems and the role off the class teacher in the contemporary authors works – L.Zukov, R.Andersone, L.Plaude, G.Svence have been discussed. Theoretical viewpoints on the leaders role and the organizing of the administration process have been analysed with reference of the following authors: A.Vikaste, Lidumnieks, I.Forands, I.Berzina and others. In the work the questions connected with the investigation of pupils personality and its administration are discussed. The advanced demands for the investigation of pupils personality in our society have been clarified. The role of the class teacher in the process of investigation has bees update. The analyses of the influential factors on the development of personality is given. In the practical part of the work the analyses of the experience in Jelgava Boarding Primary school has been done. The following conclusions have been drawn: ņThe main investigation work of pupils personality is done by class teachers, the medical staff and pupils parents. ņThe drawback – lack of targeted investigation, unified methodology, combined evaluation process. Backing on the results gained in the analyses, methodological material for class teachers has been worked out “The Administration Model of Pupils Personality Development Process”. The work comprises 22 pictures, 5 tables, appendixes, 64 sources of literature.
