Pirmskolas izglītības iestādes tēla veidošanas iespējas.

Abstract

Maģistra darbā tika pētīts pirmsskolas izglītības iestādes tēls. Pētījuma gaitā tika analizētas un noteiktas pirmsskolas izglītības iestādes tēla veidošanās iespējas, norādīti galvenie faktori un virzītājspēki, kas ietekmē tēla veidošanās procesu. Pētījuma mērķis – noskaidrot, kādi faktori, kādā veidā tie ietekmē pirmsskolas izglītības iestādes tēla veidošanās procesu un kāda loma ir iestādes vadītājam šī procesa virzīšanā, pārmaiņu ieviešanā, kas sekmētu iestādes kvalitatīvu darbību, veiksmīgu tās pastāvēšanu un attīstību, valstī notiekošo pārmaiņu laikā. Pētījuma veikšanai tika iesaistīta Izglītības pārvaldes galvenā speciāliste pirmsskolas izglītības jautājumos, viena pirmsskolas izglītības iestāde, divas pirmsskolas iestāžu vadītājas, 18 pirmsskolas iestādes darbinieki, 20 ģimenes, kuru bērni apmeklē pirmsskolas izglītības iestādi. Pētījuma gaitā, izmantojot empīriskā pētījuma datu vākšanas metodes -intervēšanu un anketēšanu, tika noskaidrots viedoklis par iestādes pašreizējo darbību un tās rezultātā radīto tēlu. Pētījumā, pārbaudot izvirzīto hipotēzi, tika apstiprināts viedoklis, ka pirmsskolas izglītības iestādes pozitīva tēla veidošanās process notiek pakāpeniski demokrātiskā gaisotnē, kur katrs iestādē strādājošais zina savus pienākumus, tiesības un prot uzņemties atbildību. Panākt vēlamo rezultātu, šajā gadījumā, veidot iestādes pozitīvu tēlu, ir iespējams, ja katrs iestādē strādājošais apzinās morālo mērķi un izprot pārmaiņu nepieciešamību iestādes darbībā, kur darbiniekus vieno kopējas normas un vērtības, kas raksturo stipras kultūras līmeni iestādē.

In the Master’s Paper the image of a pre-school educational establishment was studied. In the course of the research, the possibilities for shaping the image of a pre-school educational establishment were analysed and determined, as well as the main factors and guiding forces that influence the process of shaping the image were indicated. The aim of the research is to find out the factors and the way they influence the process of shaping the image of a pre-school educational establishment, and the role of the head of the establishment in the advance of the process and the introduction of the changes that contribute to the qualitative performance of the establishment, its successful existence and development while experiencing the changes that are taking place in the state. The chief specialist in the issues of pre-school education of the Education Board, one pre-school educational establishment, two heads of pre-school educational establishments, 18 employees of pre-school establishments, 20 families with children attending a pre-school establishment were involved in the research. In the course of the research, the standpoint of the current work of the establishment and the created image as a result of its work were clarified by using the data collecting methods for empirical research – the interview and the questionnaire. During the research, a standpoint was affirmed by checking the propounded hypothesis that the process of shaping a positive image of a pre-school educational establishment takes place gradually in democratic environment where every person working for the establishment knows his/her duties and rights, and is able to undertake responsibility. It is possible to achieve the preferable result, in this case – to shape a positive image of an establishment, if every person working for the establishment is aware of the moral goal and understands the necessity for changes in the work of it, where employees are united by common standards and values which characterize the level strong culture in the establishment.
