Vadītāja loma skolas psiholoģiskās vides pilnveidē.

Abstract

Darbs sastāv no ievada, trijām daļām, nobeiguma un 2 pielikumiem. Darbā risinātas problēmas, kas saistītas ar vadītāja darbību labvēlīgas psiholoģiskās vides nodrošināšanu skolā, īpašu uzmanību veltot skolas ētikas kodeksa izstrādei un tālākajai pārvaldībai. Darba mērķis ir noteikt vadītāja darbības nozīmi skolas psiholoģiskās vides veidošanā un pilnveidē. Teorētiski pētnieciskā daļā izklāstītas psiholoģiskās vides un vadītāja darbības teorētiskās nostādnes, veikta teorētisko nostādņu salīdzināšana un noteikta autores pieeja, noskaidroti pamatjēdzieni un dotas to definīcijas, izstrādāts skolas psiholoģiskās vides modeli, izveidots skolas ētikas kodekss, analizēta vadītāja sadarbību ar skolotājiem, skolēniem un vecākiem. Praktiski pētnieciskā daļā ir veikta detalizēta skolas psiholoģiskās vides izpēte un izvērtējums, analizēta vadītāja darbība skolas Ētikas kodeksa normu realizācijā. Nozīmīgākie secinājumi: vadītājam mērķtiecīgi virzot savu darbību, sadarbojoties ar skolotājiem, skolēniem, vecākiem un darbiniekiem, lai ieviestu skolā Ētikas kodeksu, tiek nodrošināta labvēlīga psiholoģiskā vide skolā. Darba novitāte. Autore ir interpretējusi psiholoģiskās vides definīciju, izveidojusi skolas psiholoģiskās vides modeli un izstrādājusi skolas ētikas kodeksu, sasaistot teoriju ar praktisko vadītāja darbību. Tomase A. (2006) The role of a manager in improving the psychological environment at school. Master paper. Riga. University of Latvia, 66 pp., 7 fig., 38 sources in Latvian and English. The paper consists of introduction, three parts, conclusion and two appendices. The problems solved are connected with the manager’s activities in providing the favourable psychological environment. Special attention is paid to the development of the code of ethics and its management. The aim of the paper is to make theoretical and practical research about the importance of a manager’s action in developing and improving the psychological environment at school. The development of psychological environment, theoretical approaches to a manager’s activities, the comparison of the theoretical approaches, the author’s viewpoint, general terms and their definitions are systematized and analyzed, as well as a model of school psychological environment, a code of school ethics, a manager’s collaboration with teachers, pupils and parents are worked out in the theoretical part of the research. A detailed research and evaluation of the psychological environment at Jelgava Elementary School No. 4 and the analysis of a manager’s activities in implementing a code of school ethics are given in the practical part of the research. The most important conclusions are the following: planning the activities purposefully, collaborating with teachers, pupils, parents and employees to implement a code of ethics, a manager can ensure favourable psychological environment at school. Innovation is the definition of psychological environment interpreted by the author and a model of school psychological environment and a code of school ethics worked out by the author.
