Skolotāja lomas maiņa 21.gadsimtā.

Abstract

Skolotājam 21. gadsimtā nav galvenā, taču viena no svarīgākajām lomām. Viņa profesijas prestižs 21. gadsimtā nav augsts, sabiedrības attieksme pret skolotāja profesiju ir negatīva. Skolotāja loma skatīta gan vēsturiskā aspektā, gan no mūsdienu viedokļa, kas ļauj salīdzināt, izvērtēt kopējo un atšķirīgo.Maģistra darba mērķi ir: izpētīt, kādēļ ir mainījusies skolotāja loma, kādi ir skolotāja profesijas prestiža lejupslīdes cēloņi, kāda ir jaunā skolotāja loma mācību procesā un visā sabiedrībā, kādām ir jābūt skolotāju un skolēnu savstarpējām attiecībām jaunajā situācijā. Lai realizētu tos, tika izvirzīti uzdevumi: iepazīties ar teorētisko literatūru, izpētīt kāda loma skolotājam ir sabiedrībā un kādas ir prasības mūsdienu skolotājam, analizēt cēloņus skolotāja lomas maiņai. Maģistra darbam tika izvirzīta hipotēze – skolotāji nav gatavi lomu maiņai, kura tiek pierādīta, izdarot secinājumus, balstoties uz iegūtajiem empīriskā pētījuma rezultātiem (anketēšana un aptauja) un pedagoģiskajā darbā (strādājot skolā) novēroto.

In the 21-st centery the role of the teacher is not major but one of the main ones. The job of the teacher is accorded a low level of prestige. The attitude of the society to this job is negative as it is low- faid and veryhard. The role of the teacher is revieeved from the historical aspect and from the point of view at present and thisgives u san apportunity to copare and evaluate its advantages and disadvantages. The aims of the present MA paper are: to investigate why the role of the teacher has shanged, what the teacher’s new role in the process of studying is, what the relationship between teacher and students should be nowadays. To achive those aims the following objectives have been brought forward: to get acquainted with some theoretical literature on these questions, to find out the requirments the teachers should comply with in the 21-st centery, to analyse the reasons of the changing of the role of the teacher. The hypothesis of the MA paper is: teachers are not ready for the changing of their role in the contemporary society.
