Mācību vides kvalitātes novērtēšana pirmsskolā.

Abstract

Maģistra darbs izstrādāts ar mērķi, pamatojoties uz teorētisko avotu un esošās situācijas izpēti, sniegt rekomendācijas ieinteresētajām pusēm par pirmsskolas mācību vides kvalitātes pilnveidi. Maģistra darba aktualitāte saistīta ar vienotu pirmsskolas izglītības mācību vides izpratnes un mācību vides novērtēšanas trūkumu, kā arī ar zinātniskās literatūras un praktiskās darbības atziņām, ka pirmsskola līdzās ģimenei ir bērna pirmā mācīšanas un mācīšanās vide, kurai ir būtiska nozīme bērna attīstībā. Kā atbilde uz pētniecisko jautājumu ir uzskatāma pētījuma rezultātu analīze, kuru ņemot vērā, secināts, ka mācību vides kvalitāti pirmsskolā visbūtiskāk ietekmē personāla profesionālā kompetence, kā arī organizatoriskā vide, kuras viens no apakškomponentiem ir personāla vadība. Master’s thesis has been worked out with the aim, on the basis of theory and the research of the current situation, to make recommendations for stakeholders on the improvement of the quality of early childhood learning environment. Actuality of the master’s thesis is related to the lack of common understanding of early childhood environment and the lack of its evaluation, as well as to the scientific literature and practical knowledge that preschool (besides the family) is the child’s first teaching and learning environment, which is crucial for a child’s development. As a response to research question is the analysis of the results of the study. The results allowed to conclude that professional competence of the staff, as well as the human resource management has the most significant impact on the quality of the early childhood learning environment.
